Charity: Unincorporated. You can be constituted as a charitable unincorporated association. This is a form of charity, so you will be able to apply for grants that are only available to charities. All you need to do to start with is draw up and agree on a constitution to help your group run smoothly.

For ease and understanding structure of Charitable organisations can be referred to as Ltd and Sole Trader, although the details and the business structures are very different.

Due to currently being in Indonesia, I need to refine the plan and decide where the set-up will be created once a more stable residence has been decided.

Non-profit organisations can be set up either corporate or unincorporated, with or without membership and £5000 of charitable donations to be received for the organisation to be registered as a charity.

Income expenditure and reserves are recorded only, with

no profit – no tax. A corporate – similar structure to a Ltd. Unincorporated like sole trader.

Inspiration

Design experience to promote connection drawn to sensory ethnography. To better trust our senses and interdependence with the relation between the mind, body and nature through the senses. Multisensory reality is potentially presented as the bridge between philosophies and science and engaging with

Sensory Ethnography: Interconnected senses and innovative methods going beyond listening and watching and writing and methods of representation.

Why see ethnography as sensory? A new way of understanding and involving the senses?

Ethnographers engage with the surroundings from a perspective of interconnectivity.

Critical Reflection

Ethnographic research, in the typical meaning of the word, is very much linked to what I share and mentor in mindfulness and Yoga. A time conflicts with traditional scientific teaching of qualitative and quantitative evidence-based research. Think of all that is missed if we are to ignore individual sensory perception. Senses and experience using nature’s most intricate technology, the senses?

To place focus on the purpose of the cause and ensure all sales and donations are reinvested into the company a unincorporated non-profit social enterprise with membership, is of most interest and seems to align well with my values. Further research and understanding of funding and grants are needed.
